Communities CRM will send SMS messages to communicate with customers on the status of the projects they have requested to provide a better overall customer experience. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories mentioned above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Text / SMS Marketing

If you choose to opt-in to SMS communications from Communities CRM, you will receive text messages at the mobile number you provide.

8. Frequency of Messages

Message frequency may vary based on your orders, account activity, and ongoing promotions. You will receive messages relevant to your transactions and occasional promotional updates.

9. Opt-Out and Support Options

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting "STOP". Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will be unsubscribed and will no longer receive text messages from us. A confirmation message will be sent to confirm your that you have unsubscribed. Should you wish to re-subscribe, you may text "START' to receive SMS messages again. 10. Wireless Carrier Rates and Services

Wireless carrier message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will maintain the confidentiality of your mobile number. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, for operational purposes, your name and mobile number may be shared with our service providers who assist in the delivery of our SMS communications. These providers use your personal information solely to carry out the services they provide to Communities CRM.

12. Data Security & Retention

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee 100% security. Users share information at their own risk.

We retain data indefinitely or as required by law, even after account closure, unless explicitly requested for deletion.

13. International Data Transfers

By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to your data being stored and processed in Canada, the U.S., and other jurisdictions where data laws may not provide the same level of protection as your home country.
